Black as Hell! New Black Panther Trailer Includes Work from Gil Scott Heron and Vince Staples.

As if the first Black Panther trailer wasn’t exciting enough, Marvel released a part 2 and a poster that will blow your wig off! In this extended trailer, we get to witness more of the beautiful Wakanda landscape, action packed chases, and a glimpse of Chadwick Boseman’s Wakanda accent. Did I mention that work from Gil Scott-Heron and Vince Staples were featured as well?! Excerpts from the piece, The Revolution Will Not be Televised, by the legendary activist and poet, Scott-Heron can be heard throughout the trailer and a mix of the song, BagBak, by Long Beach rapper, Vince Staples was the main tune in the preview.

Erik Killmonger, played by Michael B. Jordan, was also explored further including a scene of him transforming into his Golden Jaguar suit which is almost identical to the Black Panther suit.

So far, the film is looking to be one of the most anticipated films of 2018 especially amongst the African diaspora. Check out some of the hilarious responses from Black Twitter below and the amazing second trailer to the Black Panther.
